Custom Watch: “Minute Vector”

This is a small refinement to my original NSH-002: I blacked out the chapter ring with Tamiya TS-6 Matte Black, swapped in a white FKM strap, and upgraded the bezel insert.

Although this build uses an OEM SKX-013 dial, but I've removed the logo from the photos to avoid confusion with official Seiko products.

Chapter Ring Paint Tamiya TS-6 Matte Black $8 Tamiya Although "matte black" chapter rings exist, they're closer in finish to a matte PVD case rather than a matte dial—which is to say, too shiny. Tamiya paints produce a fine finish that dries quickly; I recommend this brand over all others.
